• Manage, build and expand partnerships with international partners and strategic accounts.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.

• Prepare business cases and recommendations for management and shareholders.

• Work closely with support and operations to turn plans into practical solutions.

• Proven hunter profile with a strong track record in sales and business development.

• Experience in logistics, transport, or international trade.

• Strong understanding of customs processes, Incoterms (DDP/DAP), and international shipping solutions.

• Solid commercial and analytical skills.

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• Experience with digital logistics or SaaS platforms in a scale-up environment.

• Knowledge of pricing models in international express shipping.
